the food was outstanding, the rooms were convenient and unique. and it also had great view. we loved having a handy kitchenette. staff was always ready to assist, really caring. late check-out too.

Cozy hotel located in a very quiet area short walk to city centre, Santa village, the airport. Had stylish room with comfy sofas and an outdoor jacuzzi, as example for a real good stay. Overall the staff was attentive. We had an early check-in and a friendly communication.

It made our trip to Rovaniemi the best experience. The room was immaculate, the staff was delightful and the location was strategic! Perfect view, a good balcony, lovely bed, too. Tapas bar was nice and well priced. Exceptional service and a well-maintained pool onsite.

The hotel was absolutely amazing, and I loved it. The venue was clean and every staff member was fabulously friendly. Warm room, good bed and pillows. Favourable location, quite a walk from Napapiiri.

Incredibly kind staff, super bed and luxurious bathroom. A short walk to the good beach. Also, it was perfectly positioned for easy access to Santa's House of Snowmobiles.

The hotel has premium apartment. Just a walk down to Nova Restaurant, where you can have lunch. Great for adults.

Everything there was amazing! The staff were absolutely awesome. Excellent base for trip in Rovaniemi. We appreciated staying at glass resort.

Comfortable bed and really enjoyed delightful breakfast. Sauna was a bonus. Three Elves Restaurant, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. The hotel was just a walk down to santa claus office
